Responsibilities  

Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, MD, you will support private investments and deals in the region and public investments and deals globally. You will deliver proactive tax advice and support to the global investment teams in ensuring viability of new opportunities and robust and effective tax structures and solutions.  

Requirements 

With a degree in Tax, Law, or Finance, you will have at least 15 years of experience in private equity, M&A (mergers & acquisitions), international and cross-border tax, gained in accounting firms and financial services. Experience in the investment management and private equity industry is preferred. You possess strong leadership, advisory and influencing skills. You are strategic, analytical, commercial and possess executive gravitas.
