    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Chief People Officer, which is slated as a talent pipeline to be the successor of the CPO. The role heads a team of HR COE functional leads  managing the team in the delivery of HR services and initiatives.

    You will drive HR expertise and leadership to build a deep understanding of the businesses you are working with at the group level. Make strategic plans and decisions, with a balance of both business and people agenda. Drives effective workforce planning and talent development strategies to increase the efficacy of the employee talent pool. Develops and implements a robust performance management process with clear performance metrics and align incentives. Design and set up employee engagement strategy, partnering to drive employee value proposition and culture building initiatives.

    Prior engagement experience with the board and rem com are highly critical. Demonstrated ability to enhance HR processes and programs to improve overall organizational effectiveness. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 20 years of HR relevant experience including working experience in both private and public sectors.  Possess the ability to resolve both operational and strategic issues at the group corporate level.  Prior experience in leading one of the COE HR functions including total rewards/ talent management is highly desired.
