    There is now an opportunity to lead the Talent and Learning team as the Deputy Director in the Technology sector. As a passionate people developer, you enjoy change management and likes to take ownership to steer the Talent & Learning function in the right direction aligning with business expansion.


    As the Deputy Director of the Talent & Learning team, you will provide leadership in the design and execution of the Talent, Development and Learning strategy for the organisation, with the aim to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Responsible for leadership development to make sure pipeline of future leaders who continue to progress and ready to take on new roles.

    Design and shape the learning strategy for the organisation in line with the business needs. You will identify future workforce capability needs and implement people development solutions. Consult and advise business leaders on technical capability gaps of the businesses and gap closure plans. You are the learning partner to support across different business units, where you will perform learning needs analysis and deliver learning programs to ensure effectiveness of the respective function. Identify future skills and propose intervention strategies, in line with workforce transformational efforts. In addition, you will manage the learning academy and elevate its function creating value to the organization.

    Key Requirements

    Ideally, you will have at least 15 years of relevant HR experience including talent development, learning, leadership and future workforce development. Proven record in implementing capability building and deepening initiatives, especially in technology-related capabilities. Highly proficient in planning, organising, and operationalising development and talent management strategies. Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to identify capability development needs, talents and potential successors.
