    Our client is a successful digital services provider with strong reputation for innovation. It is currently undergoing exciting strategic business transformation to support its growth agenda, and as part of succession planning, there is now a rare opportunity for a high potential human resources leader to join the company as it continues to expand organically and inorganically.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is both a strategic and operationally hands on role where you will understudy the Head of Human Resources and be groomed to step up into the Head role. You are expected to provide strong HR leadership and direction to the HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services to make the business a talent magnet and employer of choice.  You will be a valued and trusted advisor to the leadership team in driving business transformation, with strong focus on HR business partnering and advisory, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture building. You will challenge the status quo, and drive innovation in HR to “move the needle” by developing and delivering HR transformation and programs, including effective adoption of Agile working, providing measurable results to the business.

    Requirements

    You are a digitally / tech savvy and commercial human resources leader with demonstrated track record gained in progressive multinationals.  You have experience in driving organisational changes through its people agenda to enable businesses to pivot and transform successfully. You are experienced in enabling Agile ways of working being adopted in the organisation, and a thought leader in the shaping of the workforce and workplace of the future.You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong stakeholder management and influencing skills will be essential.
