Deputy Manager, Finance (Accounting/ Budgeting) 

Stable and established company with Global HQ based in Singapore, company has been doing well amidst of COVID. The company serves customers at over 500 locations in more than 90 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the Group
• Perform variance analysis of the actual against the budgets and investigate the underlying reasons for the variance.
• Analyze and report on pro-forma results on a periodic basis
• Perform reconciliation between financial accounts and pro-forma results.
• Identify KPI and work closely with business units to achieve and excel KPIs
• Any related accounting initiatives or work assigned
• Handle monthly closing activities for a subsidiary accounts.
• Handling full set accounts within group
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor ie accruals,charter-hire

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with 5+ yrs experience handling full-set of accounts/ analysis
• Analytical and meticulous
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
