Description
Kerry Interim is currently hiring a Desktop support engineer for our client to work on-site at a leading global business and IT services provider to assist with computer hardware and software issues. You will be the individual contributor and take charge of troubleshooting and resolving the issues surface.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT-related issues daily.
Respond to client support requests to find out the nature of the problem.
Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
Install and upgrade of operating systems and computer software and provide advice on software or hardware upgrades.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connection, issues.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Completing job reports and ordering supplies.

Skills and experiences required

• Min. Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in providing desktop support
• Possesses extensive knowledge of home and office systems and good troubleshooting skills
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
