    A well-known, market-leading group is seeking a top talent to join them as Marketing Automation Manager in a highly-visible, newly-created role.


    Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director and working closely with colleagues in Loyalty and CRM teams in particular, you will be key to developing the perfect blend of cross-channel, customer-centric marketing with the goal of optimising customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Your key role will be to manage buyers’ needs across the entire lifecycle and to understand customer experience across different touchpoints, developing demand generation strategies for different products and services, and their orchestration across different channels.


    To be successful, you will hold a relevant degree and will have at least 4 years’ work experience in marketing automation and/or campaign management with hands-on experience of tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Hubspot, IBM Watson and Marketo. You will be able to demonstrate experience in planning and overseeing the execution of successful campaigns across multiple channels and measurement of results. Experience in Technology and/or Consumer Brands is slightly preferred but applicants from other sectors will also be considered if their core skills and experience fit well with the demands of the role.
