Key accountabilities

• Identifying new opportunities for business growth
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote business growth
• Ensuring the company is equipped with sufficient and suitable resources to execute strategies and attain financial goals
• Organizing, or re-organizing, workflows to improve coordination between all business parties and maximise efficiency and productivity
• Ensuring all operations complies with company policies
• Assigning tasks, managing schedules and setting project deadlines for various departments
• Performing regular evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Preparing reports for senior management or business owners
• Leading a team of 10+

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, business management or related field
• Demonstrable leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skill
• Possess business or industry insights with demonstrable analytical skills
• Problem solving skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Korean and English
