Our client is relocating a global headcount into Singapore. There is now an exciting opportunity for a strong Controller to join them in this newly created role.

Role

As a Controller, you will manage the Group Accounting and Reporting function for Asia Pacific entities. You will also be expected to be the COE with reference to technical accounting/IFRS matters. As the Global Treasury Centre is located in Singapore, you will also be expected to spend a proportion of your time, supporting the Treasurer in accounting for financial instruments/other Treasury activities (e.g. basic cashflow forecasting and working capital management).

Requirements

You have a relevant degree and professional qualifications and have a minimum of 12 years relevant controllership experience ideally gained in an extremely dynamic, fast paced, professional services organisation. You are a proven leader, with strong team management experience. Driven, ambitious, hungry and highly commercial, you have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and able to effectively spar with a highly demanding senior leadership team.
