A leading and highly regarded financing platform is looking to hire an experienced investment banker to join their corporate strategy team.  A new headcount, this is created in support of the organization’s expansionary business plans in Asia.

Responsibilities:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced investment banker to assume an impactful and hands-on role in supporting the execution of new business development initiatives for the Group. This involves structuring deals/transactions, leading deal negotiation, performing credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and reviewing legal documentation. You are familiar with  various work streams across the deal process and are able to project manage the deals to successful financial close.  You will work with a team of highly credible banking professionals and are motivated to develop innovative and sustainable financing solutions and build a best-in-class multi-strategy platform.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate has outstanding academic qualifications and 7 – 10 years of corporate experience gained at global investment banks.  You are familiar with mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, various capital financing structures and have a strong deal track record in Asia. You have deal exposure in various sectors including energy, natural resources, logistics and infrastructure. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will enable to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external deal parties and business partners. A highly organised, meticulous and self-driven individual, you take ownership in management and delivery of performance goals. You thrive in a nimble team and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
