Reporting to the Global Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI), this is an exciting opportunity where you will drive the DEI strategy for the region, managing multiple company-wide global DEI programs. You will identify DEI opportunities and drive programs and initiatives to influence leaders and business outcomes, employing analytics and metrics to communicate the rationale for policies and programs. You will also ensure DEI considerations are incorporated throughout the employee lifecycle, through redesign and integration of business processes across areas including onboarding, talent attraction, performance management, retention, organisational design and leadership development; as well as partnering with HR counterparts to drive implementation.
You are a dynamic and forward-looking human resources professional with a strong track record in leading teams on diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) strategies and programs in future-focused major corporations, ideally gained in the technology sector. You have a demonstrable track record in designing and implementing high-impact solutions in large complex organizations. You are commercial and hands on, with strong influencing, communication, presentation skills and change management skills.
