An established institution offering finance and investment courses is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead the strategy and business of their industry-leading programmes. With significant financial backing, this is an employer that offers career progression for exceptional talents.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the P&L with a team, and be responsible for developing strategic plans to grow the programmes while deepening market penetration. You will work closely with industry partners to identify key competencies for the relevant segment. In addition, you will oversee activities relating to programme development, including programme design, identifying learning outcomes, creating assessment plans.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding intellectual ability, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly polished and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of post-graduate experience and a strong understanding of the evolving financial landscape and possess strong business development and client solutioning skills. Accomplished individuals may be from the higher education and training sector, management consultants, investment advisory, or technical product expertise within financial institutions and investment banks.
