    • Responsible for the management of repair production activities of multiple sites including evaluation, repair, testing, scheduling, meeting production goals, and achieving quality and cost Develop short term and long term operations strategy
    • Plans and evaluates optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operation.
    • Ensures the effective movement of materials through the repair process; and ensures optimum inventory levels / maximum material availability to support all sites while minimizing cost, inventory exposure and variances
    • Provide leadership, direction, budgetary control, and resources to allow repairs which meet quality, safety and efficiency standards, and meet customer specifications. Manage budget including new capital investments as well as full departmental P&L including labor costs and variable spend.
    • Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates personnel to accomplish specific production and supply chain goals consistent with established operational, and safety procedures and processes.
    • Leverage data analytics to identify, prioritize, and drive root cause corrective actions to lead continuous improvement efforts
    • Engages in problem solving in complex situations and process improvements in streamlining work processes, driving continuous improvement
    • Own and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for department including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
    • Provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, and personal development



    • Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a manufacturing direct labor workforce.
    • Experience in managing operations metrics and KPIs.
    • Experience with Safety Protocols (people and products).
    • Technical aptitude including complex machinery.
