    Description

    Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead and manage the HR Shared Services team in Singapore. Design and re-evaluate the service delivery protocols and SLAs for the full spectrum of HR Services including on-boarding, L&D and payroll to ensure efficient operations and alignment to policies and regulatory requirements. Run and lead regular service review meetings with the respective HR teams across multiple business entities to enhance and review service standards.

    You will work very closely with the respective heads of COEs for a seamless collaboration to promote HR self service and pivot HR Shared Services to the next stage as part of the current HR transformation program. Ensure processes are highly compliant and the required HR competency is set up to support the SOPs. Encourage and align the company’s ethos and values to support the HR shared services environment. Continue to drive and uplift towards a high performance team to deliver strong support and HR services to the employees while maintaining a high efficiency. You will have a team of reports while you partner closely with other HR COEs to provide appropriate policy guidance across HR transactional and Shared Services related matters.

    You are degree qualified in Human Resources or related degree. You will have at least 18 years of experience in managing a large and complex Shared Service team. Ideally, you will have experience in supporting a large employee headcount. Has past track records to have manage a high volume transactions in a Shared Services set up. Prior set up of HR Shared Services is highly desired along with Success Factors migration experience. Strong knowledge in process re-design and lean six-sigma will be advantageous. Possesses deep experience in process re-design, systems integration and automation. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with different stakeholders, including senior management.
