    Description

    An industry-leading European WealthTech Service Delivery firm is hiring an Account Director to helm its strategic key accounts in Asia Pacific, driving account renewals and continuous services engagement, project portfolio growth and services scope expansion.

    You will enjoy being in a newly created role and work directly with the APAC Chief Business Officer. This is a business which already has a very well-established portfolio of client accounts across several countries in APAC and is looking at the next stage of ambitious growth. You will spearhead the management of all the existing accounts and grow them to establish your company as the undisputed WealthTech services leader in those accounts. New accounts which have already experienced successful project delivery will also be added into your portfolio. Highly visible, greatly impactful, you will have an unique opportunity to build a legacy by helping to elevate the business to another level. You will be well rewarded with a total remuneration package of up to S$210,000 – S$240,00 per annum.

    Responsibilities:

    You will build relationship with and manage all interactions with client stakeholders such as CTO and CIO, Supply Management and Head of Programmes/Projects. By ensuring that products and services are delivered to clients’ needs in an exceedingly satisfactory manner, you will grow the relationships and services suite with the clients . You are also responsible for crafting and implementing the APAC account management strategy. You will lead RFPs and negotiation processes, concluding with agreements and contracts.

    Requirements

    You should have an outstanding track record of managing accounts and growing them, with a demonstrated ability to cross sell and upsell. An excellent understanding of Financial Services technology service delivery will allow you to excel in the role. You should have strong drive, great ability to manage senior stakeholders, grow relationships, conduct challenging conversations when necessary and negotiate effectively. Have an understanding of WealthTech platforms or Core Banking solutions will be a distinct advantage.
