Responsibilities

Tapping on your expertise in leadership development and talent management, you will broadly oversee the solution design and delivery, while partnering with clients. You will also play a role in engaging with existing clients to generate new demand for your employer’s solutions, analyzing new and emergent needs, and acting as a trusted advisor in leadership development. Overall, you are key in ensuring an integrated leadership solution experience for clients, oversee the design and delivery of impactful client experiences. You are key in driving strategic client retention and growth.  

Requirements

You are ideally degree-qualified, and would ideally have over 15 years’ experience. You would ideally have expert knowledge in the relevant content areas, including management and leadership, organizational development, talent management, adult learning theory, and human resource development. You will also possess excellent stakeholder influencing skills, strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
