Responsibilities 

Reporting to a senior member of the business, you will oversee the academic programs offered, leading the head of departments – who are overseeing the various subjects. As the most senior member of the academic team, you are key in developing and implement effective teaching strategies that will enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, while mainitaing the highest level of teaching quality. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching teaching staff and curriculum writers.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 12 years’ post-graduation experience, highly familiar with the MOE curriculum, and at least 3 years in a leadership role. You would possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and have a keen interest in learning, with a growth mindset.
