Description
Our client is a highly acclaimed organization in the Consumer industry, known to be one of Singapore’s most attractive employers. There is now an opportunity for a Director, Strategic HRBP position to lead a HR team to drive business expansion. Working directly with senior leadership team and functional business leaders.
As the Director of Strategic HRBP, you are an advisor to business leaders on the development of people strategies and initiatives. you are a trusted advisor to the country leadership team, with strong focus on HR business partnering and advisory, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture building.
This position is a key enabler to drive innovation in HR, delivering HR transformation and programs to support business growth. Establish a strong rapport with executives and align initiatives to business goals, drive talent attraction programs and implement organizational design strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Implement and align strategic initiatives with HR COE, HR Operation, and HR Business Partners to better support business requirements. This is a leadership role where you will manage and lead a team of HRBP.
Requirements
Ideally, attained a bachelor’s degree in related discipline with minimum 15 years of HR experience. Relevant demonstrated track record in human resource leadership roles gained in progressive major MNC/ GLC/ TLC in the consumer or services sector. You have experience supporting businesses in high growth and build out phase, and comfortable in working in very dynamic, fast paced environments, with prior experience in driving HR transformation.
You have demonstrated track record in leading HR change management and organization design with significant impact on major businesses or across divisions. You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Deep expertise in organizational transformation regarding job re-design, organization structure, and re-skilling. Possess the ability to establish robust and influential partnerships with key stakeholders. High agility to drive changes. Prior experience in a hyper growth environment is highly desired.
