Description
Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead a team to create, develop and implement all total rewards programs. As a leader for the Compensation and Benefits function, it is imperative to provide advisory services to key business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence with regards to matters like job evaluation and the strategies behind total rewards policies. Spearhead the organization’s development of Total Rewards strategies and policies across all functions, to maintain equity within the team and compensatory competitiveness of the organization.
Partner with external vendors and consultants to ensure the organization remains competitive amongst its competitors in its total rewards strategies and policies. Lead the company’s total rewards schemes by providing guidance and direction regarding matters like job/salary evaluations and reviews, incentive programs and annual merit increments to ensure that the rewards philosophies are strategically aligned with the needs of the workforce.
- Degree in HR or related discipline and with GRP certification.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing total rewards programs with a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in the function
- Proven track record of competent leadership in the compensation and benefits function
- Lead a team and achieve results through others by effectively driving a wide range of total rewards strategies.
- Influential individual with excellent communications skills to introduce new ideas and approaches towards rewards.
