    Our client is a highly successful global commodities giant with established operating assets and trading expertise and significant presence in Asia Pacific. As the company continues to augment its global talent acquisition capabilities, there is now an exciting opportunity to join them in Asia to set up and manage a talent sourcing team supporting the Asia Pacific businesses.


    Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will set up and manage a high performing Talent Sourcing team to develop and execute strategies for Diversity and Critical Future Talent hires across multiple businesses and functions in Asia Pacific. Working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and partnering the Businesses, your team will develop and execute on Diversity and Sourcing best practices, innovative sourcing approaches and recruitment channels to identify and attract talent to support strategic future business needs and diversity goals. This includes proactive talent mapping and network, engagement with relevant associations and professional networks, and the incorporation of social media and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.


    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record leading strategic sourcing functions for large complex organisations operating across multiple geographies in Asia Pacific.  You have experience developing and implementing strategies and innovative approaches to talent identification and sourcing for challenging, critical future roles, as well as experience in Diversity sourcing. You are data driven with strong strategic thinking, communication and influencing skills.
