A Fortune 500 FMCG MNC is seeking Ecommerce Talent to formulate and deliver Ecommerce strategy in Singapore. The incoming candidate would establish the digital team as well as integrate the e-commerce channel into the work flow and culture of the cross functional departments.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage the P&L of the Ecommerce business unit.

As the Ecommerce Manager, you are responsible for formulating the Ecommerce strategy, producing comprehensive project road maps with clearly defined timelines and deliverables while forecasting and managing P&L. You will set commercial targets that are built on defined expectations, and lead the team to meet these targets.

The ideal candidate would have had a success track record of pioneering the setup of an ecommerce business unit and/or significantly growing the ecommerce channel in a FMCG setup.

Requirements

You have at least 6 years of business development experience in an established FMCG brand, of which at least 3 years are in Ecommerce. You would have experience leading a small team of sales executives. You are a driven individual with strong entrepreneurial skillsets and growth mindset.
