    Our client is a Food Ingredients Producer experiencing high growth and am aspiring to be a top global Food Ingredients player in the coming years. As part of their growth strategy, they have newly created this Singapore-based position to be responsible for managing and executing employee communications and engagement programs, campaigns and initiatives globally.


    Reporting to the Group Head of Employee Communications and Engagement, you will working collaboratively with the global Marketing Communications team members, function teams and stakeholders from the business units worldwide. It will suit someone with strong, practical experience of internal and change communication, having worked closely with important stakeholders across different levels of a global organisation, who enjoys working at pace in a dynamic environment and using their initiative to deliver results. Including experience of optimising engagement by all employees in an enterprise social media platform.


    You should have 7-9 years of communications experience with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience of employee and change communication. We are looking for someone with excellent writing, editorial and presentation skills to identify, craft and deliver key messages, stories and information in succinct and engaging ways, as well as strong technical knowledge of communication channels and content including enterprise social media, print, film and digital. You will have good knowledge of communication planning, and familiar with working as part of a structured change and project management approach. We will also like to have someone with energy, commitment and ability to maintain a sense of humour and perspective under pressure and changing priorities,  who is able to balance a varied workload. Self-starters who are personally motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, virtual work environment will be greatly appreciated, along with skills with project management and meeting tight deadlines – across multiple priorities and projects.
