Our client is a renowned investment company with offices across the globe. Headquartered in Singapore, they are looking for an Employment Counsel to join them in their expansion.

Role
This is a newly created position where the successful candidate will be collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive the global employee relations strategy and refining employment governance framework and policies. There will be partnering with local teams to drive local execution and provide curated trainings to share best practices on the ground. This role will also manage complex investigations and grievance matters when they arise.

Qualifications
You should come with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 6 years experience advising on employment law. Candidates with a Human Resources background and an LL.B are welcome to apply. Equipped with solid expertise in employment legislations and best practices, you are confident in managing complex investigations and macro-level strategy work. You are motivated and committed in delivering results, you thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
