Our client is a well-backed fintech venture in the international trade and supply chain domain. With plans to build a new squad of developers by end of Q2 next year, they are starting the search for a suitable Lead with strong hands-on technical skills, the ability to lead a team, promote a good engineering culture, as well as communicate effectively with Product Owners and business stakeholders.

 Responsibilities

• Take ownership across the full SDLC – from requirements gathering to, development, testing, and release.
• Deliver technology solutions that
• Guide and mentor junior engineers
• Support and improve the Agile/DevOps practices within the organisation

Requirements

• More than 8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in providing software architecture design.
• Experienced in Java and JavaScript (or alternatives such as TypeScript)
• Experienced in agile delivery in a multi-team environment.
• Experience/knowledge in cloud services
