We are working with one of the largest technology consulting firms globally to hire an Enterprise Architect to focus on mergers and acquisitions within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will help define the enterprise architecture patterns and approaches for merger and acquisition business models for their clients, as well as the delivery settings.
You will partner with the business to help assess business needs, documenting key architectural, process, integration, and cost considerations to create a unified point of view to guide decision-making. This work will be translated into strategic, actionable roadmaps which outline the business and technology path forward.
You will also support other architects to ensure the solutions being designed fit into the broader architectural landscape and technology ecosystem while meeting the defined Enterprise Architecture standards.
You would have extensive experience in life insurance with expertise in both legacy systems and modern technology stacks for the industry. You would have been involved in data migration projects, possesses good experience with Identity and Access Management, security standards, and controls.
You would have ideally worked for a post-merger integration program before, and able to ascertain business value in technology requests. Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and conflict management skills are crucial for the success of the role.
