A Leading Asset Management Company is recruiting a highly experienced and skilled Program delivery manager, support the Head of Enterprise Software Delivery, to identify efficient and pragmatic delivery approach that enable consistency at scale without restricting flexibility and working within regulatory requirements.

As part of the global function, you will feed in challenges specific to the APAC teams and will be responsible for the local implementation of these consistent global delivery enhancements.

Responsibilities

You will work within the central enterprise software delivery team and help set the Enterprise Technology delivery principles. You will help design and implement solutions of software delivery best practices, from being completely hands on when appropriate, to coaching, mentoring, and training the wider business to deliver change. With your knowledge and experience of a range of delivery mechanisms, act as the trusted advisor to business, working collaboratively to define the best delivery approach that meets business agenda.

Requirements

You should have extensive program delivery experience, managing large scale, complex programs. Successfully delivered transformation and change programs. Strong hands on knowledge of modern delivery and Agile practices. Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and global environment.
