This premier investment manager is committed to building an investment platform towards achieving Net Zero. It is now recruiting an ESG Portfolio Strategy and Analytics, AVP.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Sustainability, you will deliver relevant insights, based on informed views of long-term ESG trends, data, climate scenarios and quantitative analysis, that contribute towards the investment management’s portfolio climate strategy and decarbonization roadmap. You will set short, medium and long-term decarbonization targets and chart climate transition roadmaps aligned with Net Zero. You will strengthen ESG data, analytics and tools that support the monitoring and reporting of ESG metrics and investment decisions. You will perform forward-looking analysis including climate stress-testing, value-at-risk, and portfolio implied temperature pathways.

Requirements

You possess relevant experience in portfolio simulation and scenario building for multi-asset portfolios. With good appreciation of traditional asset allocation frameworks and financial risk-return considerations, you are familiar with ESG metrics, data systems (including MSCI, Sustainalytics), ESG concepts, stress test and climate scenarios. You are analytical, possess strong communication, written, organizational and influencing skills.
