A long-standing and reputable group is looking for the experienced F&B business development/ project manager for a new precinct, with a sole focus on establishing and expanding a sizable F&B portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of the team, you will take on multiple hats at different stages of the project. At the early stages – based on the requirements of kitchen standards, you will project manage the process of calling for tenders on the consultancy assignments in the areas in relation to F&B – including requirements such as architect, interior designer, construction, M&E and technology services. Following which, you will partner with stakeholders to explore business generating opportunities. This includes sourcing to acquire new tenants (leasing), setting pricing strategies, working with F&B supplier to formulate the business concept and food merchandising.

The successful incumbent is someone who has strong interpersonal skills working with the management and F&B tenants. With over 6 years’ work experience (largely in the F&B sector), you must be familiar with project management and contract management (e.g. lease documentation, tender documentation and fit-out services), and would have ideally been a part of F&B expansion/ opening projects. You are also open to learning the commercial aspect of the business, and need not have personal contacts of consultancies.
