This role is responsible for planning and executing the implementation of finance initiatives and targets to help achieve the goals of the business unit. It includes financial planning, budget monitoring and reporting, ensuring governance and compliance and coordinating operational activities related to specific objectives of the business unit. With a display of strong professional credibility, to build relationship as a trusted finance advisor with senior stakeholders in the business unit support decision making over the local unit’s strategy, priorities and missions. Other responsibilities can include establishing and maintaining efficient local standard operating procedures (SOP), ensure sufficient financial controls and compliance, recommend ideas and solutions to enhance operational processes within the local unit by incorporating finance expertise and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 10 years work experience. CA or CPA, ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, good knowledge of SAP Hana and Ariba system will be advantageous. Comfortable operating in a matrix structure and in a constantly changing environment
