Our client has consistently been voted as one of the world’s admired companies to work for and an exciting opportunity has now come up for a strong finance business partner to lead the charge on a US$2 billion spend function straddling CAPEX and OPEX.

Role

You will lead a team and be responsible for the management and reporting of CAPEX/OPEX spend within the Group. You will work with key senior stakeholders and ensure robust and rigorous governance, as well as process standardization in reviewing operational spend and long-term investments.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned finance professional with in-depth experience in managing costs. A demonstrable track record of transforming a cost culture into an organization is a pre-requisite for this role. You are operationally hands on and granular in detailed analysis. You are also strategic and have the leadership gravitas to spar with very senior stakeholders across the globe. Energetic, and articulate, you work well in a highly complex and matrixed environment. Prior exposure to ZBB whilst not a must, would be a strong nice to have.
