Our client is a fast growing and dynamic organisation that is trailblazing within their industry. Due to talent movements, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join them in this Singapore Finance Director position.

Responsibilities

Leading a dynamic team, you will manage and improve the financial performance and direct the finance operations including the financial accounting, management reporting and presentation of all financial results of the Singapore entity. You will provide analysis and management reports to help management evaluate and make business decisions. This is a full suite role where you will also lead and close audit, tax and finance advisory matters with auditors, tax agents and relevant service providers. On an ad-hoc basis, you will also be expected to lead projects and initiatives with a focus on automation, streamlining of work processes and achieving overall efficiencies.

Requirements

Ideally you should be a degree qualified CA/CPA and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant commercial experience. You are a driven self-starter, and possess acute business acumen with strong leadership capabilities. You have the technical foundation gained in established MNCs/corporates, and the personality and dynamism of those in startup/entrepreneurial environments. Prior Telco sector experience is a must for this role.
