An established bank is looking for a Financial Controller for its Real Estate entity, to manage end-to-end all aspects of financial management and operations.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for corporate accounting and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, regulatory reporting to MAS, as well as development and streamlining of internal control policies. This role will also partner the business to provide advisory from budget and internal controls perspective.

Requirements

You are a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant accountancy or finance programs. You should have 10-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in property services/ real estate/ REITs, with strong people management and communications skills.
