My client is one of the largest real estate developers in Singapore that is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 3-5 direct reports, driving group financial reporting and management reporting deliverables, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards and policies. You will also be the go-to person for advice on technical accounting issues, and will be involved in the review of consolidated financial statements and liaising with external auditors for statutory audits. As the organization expands and evolves with the changing consumer landscape, you will also be involved in process improvement/streamlining projects in support of growth initiatives.

Requirements

You have at least 10 years of relevant group financial reporting experience with prior experience using accounting systems for financial reporting. To succeed in this role, you should have strong accounting fundamentals and proven people management and communication skills.
