    This is a newly created role where the business is seeking to build an hybrid FPA function to drive the performance benchmarking of the organisation as well as to evaluate potential new investments within the region.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the CFO, and partnering with the senior leadership team, you will manage an investment portfolio of healthcare assets and help drive overall business performance via robust performance monitoring, financial modelling and business analytics. This includes the upstream activities of designing and implementing a performance scorecard system, as well as leading the overall budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process. Embedded within this function would also be the expected requirement to build and enhance the FPA capabilities within the region (subsidiaries and JV partners), to be best-in-class. As they continue to enhance their investment portfolio with quality healthcare assets, you will also be expected to conduct M&A financial due diligence.

    Requirements

    Ideally, you have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, of which your earlier career should be in Corporate Finance. Strong due diligence, financial modeling and valuation experience are critical success factors for this role. You operate well in dynamic and operationally lean environments. Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable. You are an effective communicator, and one who is both strategic in mindset and detailed in execution. Driven and results oriented, you build credibility easily by demonstrating high levels of personal integrity. You are deeply analytical with solid critical thinking skills. Fluent in data analysis via use of EXCEL/TABLEU is highly desirable. Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
