    This is a leading power, energy and utilities conglomerate, with a large and diversified business interests across B2B sectors. As a result of internal talent mobility, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) head to support the Group’s growth ambitions. This is a leadership role overseeing a high performing team of financial analysts.

    Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FP&A Head will lead the Company’s budgeting/ and forecasting process for several key locations within Asia Pacific. The FP&A manager will also play the role of a finance business partner through providing insights into meaningful analytics for the region, including how the business is performing and highlighting issues that will help drive business decisions. Due to the complexities of the business, the FP&A lead will be working alongside finance business partners embedded in the various business enterprises to offer a holistic and regional view of the APAC markets, while also advising corporate functions such as technology on CAPEX spend.

    The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with an excellent bachelor degree in Accountancy, with minimum 15 years’ of financial analysis, budgeting and performance reporting work experience in a regional capacity, ideally within energy or heavy infrastructure sectors. Candidates with solid experience in excel, business intelligence, data management tools will have a distinct advantage. Described as a solutions-provider, you will constructively challenge status quo and offer actionable fixes to existing processes. As this is a team manager position, you will also have track record of managing and developing teams.
