I am partnering with a well-known FMCG brand that is renowned for their innovative product portfolio and well-loved products. To support evolving business needs, they are now seeking a high calibre FP&A Manager to join their regional team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a direct report, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy through leading financial planning and providing financial insights on key strategic areas of the business. This is a highly visible role which involves presentation to senior finance leaders, managing budget/forecast/strategic plans, analysing key risks and opportunities, and partnering with all levels of management based locally and regionally.

Requirements

You are an FP&A or accountant with at least 10 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG industry. You also have a proven track record in stakeholder management, people managerial experience, and the ability to navigate cultural differences. To thrive in this role, you would be described as driven, commercial and personable.
