My client is a leading real estate investment management firm that is looking for a Fund Accountant to support their evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Finance, your key responsibilities cover the areas of transactions, accounting, financial reporting, and investors reporting. In carrying out your responsibilities, you will be involved in fund consolidation, maintenance of accounting records for investment holding entities, assisting in audits, and providing transactional and analytical support on real estate transactions in the region. You will also be involved in capital structuring and tax planning, and will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. JVs, asset managers, bankers, auditors, etc.) across Asia Pacific.

Requirements

You are a qualified CA/ACCA with 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong accounting fundamentals. Candidates with Big 4 experience are welcome to apply. To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who is collaborative, have strong interpersonal skills, and thrives on challenges.
