My client is a recognisable name in the real estate services industry that is looking for a Fund Accountant/ Senior Accountant to support the operations.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance of the Singapore funds. Key tasks include preparing and reviewing the consolidated accounts and cash flow, business partnering closely with the investment and fund management team on corporate actions (e.g., acquisitions, divestments, restructuring), supporting financing/refinancing negotiations and compliance, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including auditors and tax agents). As the organisation evolves, you will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

You have a degree and at least 6 years of accounting experience with a proven track record in fund finance and meeting tight deadlines. To succeed in this role, the ability to work independently and be highly flexible and adaptable is critical.
