    Description

    Our client is a global market leader in the equipment focused business segment they are in, and am looking to hire for a Singapore-based Global Digital Channel Manager role to build up channel sales of their recently launched subscription based digital solutions at a global level.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Global Head of Services, this position will build, manage and expand reseller partner channel across the globe; ensure compliance and regular audits of channel partners as well as manage channel conflicts. You will set and achieve sales and profitability targets aligned with long term business goals and strategy, while coordinating internal stakeholders and working teams, including service, product, sales and management to meet partner objectives. Partner management will include establishing relationships, assess and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis; proactively lead joint partner business planning process to develop performance objectives, strategy and financial objectives; assess and manage partner performance on a regular cycle. The role will also be required to identify gaps in skills, resources within the channel network and recommend appropriate courses; oversee training development (via a training manager resource), delivery and adoption; provide inputs to internal teams for developing training courses. Promotional activities wise, you will provide inputs in creation of new programs and campaigns in line with company strategies and products; oversee adoption of commercial and promotional programs by partners.

    Requirements

    You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of regional/global channel management experience in the industrial equipment industry. Experience dealing with subscription based digital products and solutions will be required. Ability to strategize, plan, collaborate, influence and speak to multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as presenting and negotiating sales/service center/reseller contract discussions will be necessary.
