I am partnering with a recognisable name in the consumer industry to hire a Global FP&A Controller (Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager equivalent) to support their growing business operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving global management reporting and financial analysis/review out of the Singapore office. Key responsibilities include management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, conducting financial analysis (i.e. key metrices, business case reviews), and business partnering closely with regional/in-country finance teams and stakeholders. As the organisation evolves with the changing landscape, you will be tasked to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvement initatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

You should have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, with prior experience with firms in the consumer/retail sector and a proven track record of working independently in ambiguity, driving changes and thriving in start-up set-ups. To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, driven, and commercial.
