    Description

    We are very excited to be partnering exclusively with one of the best-known FinTechs in the payments industry. They have had tremendous business growth despite economic headwinds and have seen profits accelerate across multiple locations in the US, Middle East, and Asia. They are now seeking a Global HR Business Partner to be based in Singapore to support their C-suite leaders and enhance HR operations processes.

    Role

    You will be part of a HR team of 3 which works together to oversee full spectrum HR duties for employees based all across the globe from Singapore, Dubai, America, Europe, and other parts of Asia. Working in collaboration with another HR Business Partner based in Singapore, you will lend HR support to all global employees in the areas of recruitment, talent retention, total rewards, organisation development, performance management, and HR operations. You are relied upon to provide senior C-suite leaders, and mid-level managers, with advice on all people-related matters. Additionally, you will also provide the team with top notch employee experience in HR operations (tax advice, on/off-boarding, pass renewals). This role will indeed provide you with a great blend of strategic HR advisory explosure coupled with hands-on HR operations involvement.     Requirements

    You should possess at least 8 years of HR experience across a broad range of functions ranging from recruitment, retention, rewards, and employee engagement. You must have a solid track record of partnering senior business leaders and advising them on People matters. On top of strategic advisory work, however, you must also be hands-on in HR operations and unafraid to roll up your sleeves to provide the team with best-in-class HR support.
