    Reporting directly to the CHRO, you are the HR transformation lead responsible for revamping the HR digital strategy, roadmap and execution plan to drive user adoption and sustainability of change initiatives. This newly created position is to review the organization HR digitalization landscape and drive transformation initiatives to a streamline processes and elevate efficiency and user adoption of HRIS.

    • Be the change champion and drive HR transformation initiatives. Stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement across locations and functions
    • Ensure identified business impacts are adequately addressed through business readiness plans, training, communications and engagement globally with a deep focus in APAC.
    • Partner across with HR COE leaders and Global Shared Service team to ensure engagement strategy is streamline and aligned internally to bring effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with respective regional HR leaders and business projects to manage interdependencies and identify synergies across the corporate and business function.
    • Promote a culture of openness and build rapport and trust across the markets.
    • Revamp and review the HRIS framework and processes to drive / enhance productivity by streamlining processes through continuous improvement
    • Delivery of reporting dashboard and analytics, to support management and operational requirements
    • Engage stakeholders in understanding HR processes, identify processes and evaluate ways to improve and enhance them to deliver optimal efficiency
    • Custodian of the HR Digital Strategy and milestones for APAC to ensure that the HRIS systems are delivering user, business and HRs needs.


    You will possess a minimum of 15 years’ in relevant experience handling HR systems with strong background in systems implementation, process and project planning and vendor management Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills. Demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs. You will have global or APAC HR digital/ HRIS transformation programs involving multiple markets.

    Experience in Workday is highly desirable with a deep expertise in both the technical and processes. You have a high learning agility and an appreciation to work in a fast paced environment. Enjoy and thrive in a changing environment and comfortable to deal with some ambiguity while shaping the role.
