    Description

    Our client is a renowned organization in the technology industry. With a strong global presence, they are embarking on an exciting transformation journey. Hence, our client is seeking for a Global Internal Communications Director to drive communication strategies within the organization and support the changes.

    As the Global Director of Internal Communications, you are required to partner closely with the CEO to drive engagement and business outcomes while providing advice to the senior leadership team on staff engagement strategies. This role also calls for the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to enhance employees’ understanding of the organization’s vision and goals. Additionally, you must find ways to integrate cross-cultural communications and enable internal engagement during large-scale communication events such as all-hands and townhall. Other responsibilities include being the communications subject matter expert to drive communication initiatives, develop internal content through digital means and platforms with continuous improvements and modernization, and evaluate the success of the initiatives.

     

    You should hold a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in internal communications, in the global or APAC remit. The ideal candidate shall possess the ability to create effective and innovative communication programmes and have strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience engaging senior leadership team and the board. You must also be able to work with diverse cultures in a highly matrixed organization and manage ambiguity. You will possess exceptional organizational and project management skills be able to act as an effective communicator with high agility.
