    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this is an exciting newly created role to drive top performance in its global talent acquisition function operating in multiple segments and geographies. This is a highly strategic role focusing on developing strategies and performance management at a global level across sourcing and pipelining, assessment and selection, operations effectiveness, technology adoption, data analytics, social media & employer branding, stakeholder and candidate experience. You will identify and drive adoption of best practices in global talent acquisition as part of its wider people agenda to establish the company as an employer of choice.

    Requirements

    You have demonstrated track record in progressive companies in global roles accountable for talent acquisition strategy and performance management in complex organisations operating across multiple businesses and geographies, and possess strong Asia experience.  You are digitally savvy and an embracer of future people and culture topics. You are innovative, results oriented, a strong program manager with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition strategy formulation and decision-making. Strong senior stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organisations coupled with excellent, presentation and influencing skills will be essential.
