    Description

    This position is responsible to lead global sales team of Chemicals and Electronics Materials Division based in North Asia (Taiwan, Korea, Japan) and have responsibilities for direct sales & Sales Channel Partners, OEM sales, industrial sales, and field application support across all geographical regions.

    • Develop customer engagement strategies in coordination with division management, global sales management and support functions.
    • Leads and develop the global semiconductor sales team and provides timely and accurate input and feedback into the management and global sales.
    • Ensures that all team members provide timely and accurate demand planning guidance.
    • Understands corporate, division and field operations goals and works with develop account strategies to achieve overall business goals and objectives.
    • Establishes customer intimacy with customer’s senior management and secures access and influence with key influencers.
    • Ensure staff member’s goal are aligned with divisional sales goals, monitors progress and effectively manages the team to identify and resolve problems, gaps and obstacles.
    • Maintains keen understanding of market share and utilizes this knowledge to prioritize and grow market share.
    • Participate and provide global leadership in sales and business review meetings with the management
    • Ensures alignment between the customer and the company technology roadmap
    • Effectively manages personnel development with smart goals, training plans and staff development.
