    Description

    This is a newly created position to support the Group APAC level to be the custodian of Employee Engagement and Comms. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be working with the markets to help employees across the organization stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects, and executive updates by leading strategic employee engagement programs and internal and executive communications programs. You will work in close partnership with Human Resources, Marketing, and Leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery and support HR employee engagement initiatives.

    The role will provide an opportunity to be at the front seat to execute transformation, build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of employees.

    Develop and execute strategic communication plans and deliverables to drive leadership and development, engagement surveys etc. You will design and deliver workforce engagement strategy to drive EVP, employer branding and employee engagement to foster a more engaged workforce

    The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels. Responsible for the editorial calendar (blogs, newsletters etc), research and develop quotes from people, write stories, shoot videos, and contribute to the Intranet.

    Requirements

    You will possess a minimum of 15 years’ in managing both HR Employee engagement and Internal Comms. Experience in writing in a corporate environment. Experience in driving EVP, Employer branding and leading employee related engagement programs. You have managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels. Strong executive communications experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs. You will embrace learning new programs/ tools to enhance company-wide communication.

     

    You have a high learning agility and an appreciation to work in a fast paced environment. Enjoy and thrive in a changing environment and comfortable to deal with some ambiguity while shaping the role.
