- Newly created position for a Group Head of C&B.
- Senior-level strategic role with direct access to decision makers.
- Unique opportunity to work across multiple industries and countries.
We are privileged to be partnering exclusively with one of the region’s largest private conglomerates as they continue on their path of strategic business expansion. This privately-owned Group was established in the early days of Singapore’s first founding – and has since played an outsized role in supporting the economic growth of the Southeast Asia region. The Group has business interests in most industries including advanced medical technology, financial services, shipping, real estate, and hospitality.
They are currently seeking to hire a Group C&B Lead as part of their ongoing efforts to harmonize their rewards philosophy across their different business entities. This is a senior-level strategic position that reports straight to senior decision-makers in the Group.
This strategic C&B role sits at Group level and oversees the design and conceptualising of the entire conglomerate’s rewards philosophies. These over-arching Rewards frameworks developed by you will eventually be adopted by the Group’s individual portfolio companies for adaptation. Whilst HRBPs from the portfolio companies may deviate from the framework to account for industry nuances, these changes will naturally be routed back to you for consultation and approval. Your span of work will therefore mirror that of an internal consultant who designs compensation schemes for varied industries across the region: a real estate company in Vietnam; a FinTech start-up in Indonesia; a wellness resort in China etc. The unique nature of this role therefore suits an individual who enjoys a strategic approach to Rewards from compensation design to framework development and policy harmonization.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of solid C&B experience gained at a Rewards consulting firm and/or an established matrixed organisation. A proven track record of having designed, developed, or reviewing C&B frameworks is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills is also a pre-requisite especially since this role interfaces with senior C-suite executives.
Please write in with an updated CV to Timothy Yong at email@example.com quoting the above job title. To stand out from the pool of applicants, do consider including a brief 2-3 bullet points detailing your experience with designing compensation frameworks or an interesting C&B project that you had previously worked on. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
