    Description

    Our client is a Singapore-headquartered firm specializing in engineering solutions – and are today a key manufacturing partner to some of the world’s best known brands. The company is a second-generation business with sizeable investments across Asia; recent growth plans and leadership renewals have now mandated the need for a more strategic approach to total rewards and compensation philosophy. A progressive Group C&B Manager position is now open for an experienced compensation partner to join them.

    Role

    This high-visibility C&B Manager role places you in direct contact with the senior management team based in Singapore. From here, you will develop progressive C&B frameworks and policies that will govern the regional workforce of close to 4,000 employees. Your work will bring about immense impact to all levels of business; you will assist all levels of management in re-thinking the firm’s compensation philosophy and, in return, drive positive change in talent retention and talent development. Partnering closely with the commercial leaders, you will also support the firm’s push towards technological innovation and market expansion through the creative use of incentive plans design and job skills-matching. As part of their technology implementation project, you will also be involved in managing the HR IT system and adopting methods to analyze data for more accurate, real-time decision making. This all-encompassing strategic role is perfect for someone who believes strongly in utilizing C&B tools to effect organizational behavior and change.

    Requirements

    You should possess at least 8 years of specialized C&B experience. Prior experience at an engineering or manufacturing MNC is advantageous. You should also have some regional exposure to markets in SEA and/or China. You are excited at the prospect of re-designing C&B frameworks (and sales incentive plans) to motivate behavioral change – and are constantly on the look-out to drive organization development. Lastly, you are hands-on and are comfortable working in a sole contributor role.
