    Our client is a well-funded regional fintech backed by a major global financial services investor, in an exciting build out phase, growing both organically and inorganically. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to join them to develop and execute its HR strategy to establish the company as an employer of choice.

    Responsibilities

    This is both a strategic and operationally hands on role where you will partner the Group CEO and country business leaders, and work with in-country HR teams in shaping the People agenda and delivering best-in-class HR solutions and services to enable sustained growth. This includes post acquisition integration and harmonisation from a HR perspective, organisational development, culture building and driving best practices across HR operations, HR business partnering, performance and talent management, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement to ensure strong talent attraction and retention.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with relevant demonstrated track record in human resource leadership roles gained in fintech, tech, financial services or professional services companies with strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices across South East Asia, including in markets like Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam etc.  You have experience supporting businesses in build out phase, including through acquisitions, and have directly partnered with CEOs/Founders.  You are commercial, hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.  You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as influencing skills.
