Our client is a highly established and well-regarded industry leader in an exciting high growth phase. There is now an exciting and rare opportunity for a dynamic Rewards leader to join its group human resources team to support its strategic growth and transformation agenda as it grows its global footprint.
Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting role where you will lead the group’s Total Rewards strategy and function, encompassing compensation (including executive compensation) and benefits. This is an organisation with a significant blue collar and unionised workforce within and outside Singapore. You will identify, develop and implement strategic compensation programs which are market relevant to support the company’s growth agenda as well as a communications strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy. You will also lead the group in developing its Digital HR and HR Analytics capabilities.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, including Executive Compensation, gained in major corporations. You ideally have in house experience at group level as well as in leading rewards consulting firms. Familiarity with blue collar / unionised workforces and / or “progressive wage models” will be advantageous. You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
